Craftyfr SAS attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data. This policy describes how your data is collected, used and protected when using the craftyfr.com website.

The data controller is Craftyfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €25,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 902 478 165, with its registered office at 12 rue de la Pépinière, 75008 Paris, France. 2. Data collected

We collect the data you provide through the contact form: first name, surname, email address, together with technical data generated automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for audience measurement purposes.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to respond to your request for information about the real estate participation programme, to send you information about the projects available in your region, to measure website audience and to improve our services.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) obtained when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in analysing the audience of the website.

5. Retention period

Form data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Technical audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months, in line with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL).

6. Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the authorised teams of Craftyfr SAS. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Technical subcontractors (host, email service provider) may access it strictly as part of their assignment, under a confidentiality agreement.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time. 8. Security

Craftyfr SAS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Exchanges are encrypted via HTTPS.
